Once you sign the MOU (Form F) with the seller, the bank sends a valuer and issues the final offer letter. We check every clause before you sign.
Manager's cheques are prepared, the DLD transfer is booked and the title deed is issued in your name the same day. We are there with you.
At least 20% of the price for a first home up to AED 5 million, and 30% above that. UAE nationals need 15% and 25%. On top of the deposit, budget roughly 7% of the price for fees, including the 4% DLD transfer fee.
Yes. Several banks lend to non-residents in freehold areas, usually up to 50–60% of the value. Expect to provide bank statements, proof of income and a credit report from your home country.

Fixed rates hold for 1 to 5 years, then move to a variable rate linked to EIBOR plus a margin. Variable rates track EIBOR from day one. We model both over your expected holding period.
